Who we are (data controller)

What we collect and why

Browsing our site

  • Cookies: we don’t set or use non-essential cookies. Games run with HTML/CSS/JS only.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider (IONOS/1&1 IONOS) may process limited server logs (e.g., IP, user-agent, timestamp, URL) to deliver the site and ensure security/availability.
  • Game play: interactions are processed client-side for feedback (sounds/animations); we don’t record play data.

When you submit a Google Form

  • Categories of data: what you choose to provide (e.g., name, email, message; suggestion details; GDPR request details).
  • Purpose: reply to you, handle suggestions, and fulfil GDPR requests.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For security logs, our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Third parties and transfers

  • Google Forms: Google processes the data you submit via our forms. See Google’s Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google’s processing.
  • Hosting (IONOS): server-side technical processing and security logs may occur at the hosting level.
  • International transfers: data submitted through Google Forms may be stored outside the EEA; Google states it uses appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We delete Google Forms responses within 15 days. Hosting-level logs are controlled by the provider’s policies; we do not use them to build profiles.

Children’s privacy

  • Our audience includes children. Parents/guardians must submit any form or give consent before sending children’s data.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without consent. If you believe a child has submitted data without consent, please request deletion via Contact.

Your GDPR rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the GDPR form on Contact. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

Security

This is a static site with no user accounts. We apply reasonable safeguards and keep data collection to a minimum. No system is 100% secure online.
